RETURN & REFUND

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not refund parcels where it is indicated that the delivery has been delivered. Because it is not due to an error on our part.

Exclusions delays in deliveries in the event of force majeure (due to climatic, political, geopolitical or health conditions) no request for reimbursement will be admissible and delivery times will be extended throughout the period concerned.

Return:

To be able to benefit from a return, you must wait for our agreement whether you should send it to us or not. If we receive parcels without keeping us informed, no refund will be possible. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we authorize the return, send the product by post to: Hunan Sunshine Biotech Co., Ltd. Building E7, Lugu Yuyuan, No.27, Wenxuan Road, High-Tech Development Zone, Changsha,  Hunan, China, 410000.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not accept exchanges due to change of mind.
